Tuesday Treasures – 14 #Brainfluffbookblog #LightintheLockdown

Standard

Himself and I had a break a couple of weeks ago to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and visited Bateman’s, the home of Rudyard Kipling. Though the house is closed at present, we spent a lovely afternoon wandering around the gardens, which is where I took this week’s photos.

    • Thank you, Maddalena. I was trying to get a picture of a dragonfly, but they are SO difficult as they never stay still. We heard a scuffling behind us and there was this old blackbird rootling through the clippings of a holly hedge that hadn’t yet been tidied up, picking up the berries. I was so pleased to get that particular picture:).
