I’ve been uploading photos on my Sunday Posts, which have been getting a lot of positive comments, so I have decided to feature the pics in their full size, so you can see some of the detail. This week, I am featuring my outing with my daughter and grandchildren to Swanbourne Lake near Arundel in West Sussex last Wednesday. It was a warm sunny day and very crowded – but we still managed to observe social distancing. Here are some of the photos I took…

Lovely!
Thank you, Jules:)
Its so pretty there, Sarah. Seems like a wonderful change of scenery😁
It’s somewhere I’ve been taking the children since mine were little – it’s free, for starters, and such a pretty spot…
PEOPLE!! Wonderful post!
What a lovely day that must have been! 😀
It was wonderful – heightened by the fact that I don’t know how many more we’ll be having…
Very true. Quite a lot of my family are now stuck in another increased lockdown – including my work! Luckily we moved out a little bit further but I’m still not so comfortable out and about!
That’s what I’m afraid of! *sigh*
Such a pleasant day!
Oh, it really was, Becky:)
Such great photos! What a beautiful day 😀
It really was – and such a lovely spot, too…
Lovely photos. They really capture the day!
Thank you, Luanne – it was the loveliest day:))
Lovely photos! It looks like such a beautiful place to visit with your family. 🙂
It is – we’re so lucky to live near to so many lovely places – and I’m so glad many of them are opening up!
Looks like it was a beautiful day to be out and about and you took some great pictures!
Thank you, Lola. We want to get out as much as possible while we can – while being safe, of course.
Beautiful pictures as ever – thank you so much for sharing.
Lynn 😀
You’re welcome – it’s been a pleasure taking them and then sharing them. I’ve found it a comfort…
I do miss the nature walks like this! Thanks for taking us along. 🙂
You’re very welcome! Now that winter is closing in – I’m not sure how much longer we will be able to get out, either…
I’m just hoping our autumn isn’t cut short like last year. It’s my favorite time of year to spend days outside working, reading, anthing-ing. 🙂 We’ll see if I can make the kids do the majority of the raking this year, too…though the way they treat rakes like lightsabers I probably shouldn’t get my hopes up too high…
Eek! A rake-wielding jedis storming around the garden could terrify the leaves into piles, perhaps??
I wish, LOL!!!
Well… you can dream…:))
