2015 Reading Challenge

Standard

I found this little gem on Lynette’s site… I’m probably not going to be able to tick ALL those boxes – but I’ll have a go at most of them. Anyone else up for running with this Reading Challenge for 2015?

  1. I tend not to do reading challenges mostly because I like to read whatever I feel compelled to read next. I’m also a slow reader, so I’m afraid if I resolve to read 50 books, I won’t make it past 30. *lol* Good luck on your challenge, though, Sarah! Maybe you can keep us posted on your progress in this year’s editions of Shoot For The Moon?

    • I definitely will! Whether I’ll get around to some of the more obscure challenges is moot, though – my approach was to see if I could tick the box by whatever I wanted to read at the time, which is probably completely missing the point!

  2. I think this is great! My reading is all over the board so it will be fun to see how many boxes i check off throughout the year.

    • Yes! I’m not necessarily going to alter my reading habits to fit the list – rather, run through it when I’ve completed a book to see if I can tick any of the boxes…

  3. Hmmm… I think I’m most curious about what you’d pick for “A book at the bottom of your to-read list” and “A book you weren’t supposed to read in school.”

  4. Me too! Especially as my school was very relaxed about our reading habits – I think they figured they were ahead of the game so long as we picked up a book, at all…
